The Origin of this System
In 2021, after dealing with:😭 Divorce😭 Years in the family courts😭 Traumatised teenagers😭 Failed businesses, and😭 Financial stressI finally hit the floor. Literally. Slumped on the kitchen tiles, tears streaming down my face, throat raw from screaming, I scared my kids, and I scared myself. I said, ‘no more’. It wasn’t fair on my kids, and I deserved more.I developed a method to get me through the emotions quickly without having to unpack it all and go back to my childhood (again).
